Notes
Coriander Leaf
What does this note smell like?
Freshly crushed cilantro leaves suggest sharp green herbs with a clean, sometimes fatty or soapy edge, unlike the warmer citrus-like seed spice. They can reinforce lemon, orange or mandarin peel effects. A documented coriander herb oil uses leaves and twigs; the leaf note does not establish one private oil.
