Capsicum

A green-to-red pepper impression with crisp vegetal flesh, dry heat and a faint earthy sweetness. It can sharpen fruit, spice or leather effects. “Capsicum” is broad, so the note does not tell us the species, colour, heat level or whether an extract is used.
