D.S. & Durga often combines familiar smells in unexpected ways. Burning Barbershop contrasts spearmint, lime and lavender absolute with burnt oil, vanilla and hay. Debaser softens green stems and fig with coconut milk, adding woods and tonka warmth. Amber Kiso is darker and more resinous, with incense, maple, leather and patchouli alongside cypress and Japanese cypress. Fresh herbs with a burnt edge, creamy green fruit and forest-like leather are three different directions within the house.
