Black sesame
What does this note smell like?
Small seeds with toasted nuttiness, dry grain, warm oil and a faint savory bitterness. Sesame adds an unusual roasted, earthy layer to gourmands or woods, less creamy than almond and more cereal-like than hazelnut.
