What does it smell like?
Oud opens alongside saffron, black pepper and cardamom, so the first contrast is woody and spicy. A broadly described floral heart sits between that opening and Madagascar vanilla, guaiac wood and sandalwood in the base. The flowers are not individually named. Vanilla brings sweetness to the woods rather than standing alone as a simple dessert note.
