What does it smell like?
In the Liquors edition of Vodka on the Rocks, aldehydes, coriander and cardamom give a bright, spicy opening. Rhubarb adds a tart green accent to lily-of-the-valley and rose, with oakmoss and sandalwood beneath. The cool aromatic character carries the cocktail idea.
