Cassia cinnamon
What does this note smell like?
Usually a warm cinnamon-like spice image with dry wood, powder and a sharper edge than sugary vanilla. It can bring definition to fruit or amber. Cassia as a spice label differs from cassis, the blackcurrant name; the word alone does not prove a plant species or part.
