Tuttotondo gives citrus and spice very different roles in Chinotto and Scherma. Chinotto combines its namesake bitter citrus with orange and juniper, then cardamom and cinnamon, softened by brown sugar and amber. Scherma takes saffron, nutmeg and geranium into ylang-ylang, with leather and woods adding a drier finish.
