What does it smell like?
Laotian oud appears in every stage, making it the central woody thread. Gurjan balsam and Australian sandalwood accompany the opening, then ambergris, oakmoss and Atlas cedar join the heart. Oud and amber form the base. Sandalwood's creaminess, mossy earth and the mineral associations of ambergris give oud several different companions without a fruit or flower theme.
