What does it smell like?
Coconut gives plum a creamy setting, while anise adds a liquorice-like edge. Tuberose, jasmine, lily of the valley and wild rose put flowers at the centre; almond, vanilla, tonka and white musk cushion them. Compared with Rêve de Sisa’s toffee, this is a useful route into fruit, kernels and a fuller white-flower bouquet.
