What does it smell like?
Kumquat and sea buckthorn suggest a sharper fruit edge than peach alone. Loukhoum and mimosa soften that acidity with confectionery sweetness and a powdery floral association. Wheat, carrot and saffron provide an earthy, dry counterpoint to the fruity sweetness.
