Tarragon

Green aromatic herbs with anise-like sweetness and a lightly spicy, dry edge. Tarragon connects citrus to woods or fougère-style herbs; its botanical reference, Artemisia dracunculus, differs from anise, and the resemblance does not add anise seeds to the perfume pyramid.
