Gianni Versace founded the house in 1978. Its fragrance catalogue spans several distinct families, including Eros, Dylan and Crystal.
Eros EDP pairs mint and sweet apple with vanilla and woods. Eros Flame adds a peppery citrus opening to a woody-vanilla theme, while Eros Pour Femme EDP is a separate composition of lemon, pomegranate and jasmine. Dylan Purple features pear; Dylan Blue Pour Femme, apple and berries; Dylan Turquoise, guava, each with different flowers.
Bright Crystal Absolu and the 2024 Parfum share a floral core but differ in their watery, fruity and sweet accents. Crystal Noir Parfum 2024 has its own sweet floral palette, published without a staged pyramid, while Crystal Emerald introduces rose and a raspberry-sorbet accord. The full edition name helps distinguish these different compositions.
