Cade juniper
What does this note smell like?
In perfumery, cade can suggest deep smoky wood, tar and even a meaty association, far from crisp green pine needles. It can give leather and woods a darker, fire-marked edge, as a useful comparison in Leatherize. That processed-wood profile is not the same as fresh juniper berries; the broader tree label alone does not prove a particular heat-treated oil or formula.
