Pink pepper (CO₂ extract)

A fresh spicy material image with citrus, green facets and a woody-pine, resinous underside. One documented CO₂ extract uses Schinus terebinthifolius berries. CO₂ describes the extraction medium, not a fizzy accord or a gas with a pepper smell.
