Clove (Madagascar)
What does this note smell like?
Warm pointed clove spice with dry wood and a softly sweet, sometimes cocoa-like edge can deepen flowers or contrast fresh herbs. A documented Madagascan bud oil is steam-distilled from dried clove buds. Madagascar preserves the published qualifier, not proof of that supplier, oil or a stronger regional effect.
