Cade
What does this note smell like?
Dark charred wood, tar-like smoke and a dry aromatic edge give cade its fire-marked character in perfumery. It roughens smooth woods or leather effects, unlike fresh juniper berries; the broad cade name alone does not establish a particular processed oil.
