About the house
Maison Mataha began with a 2021 idea for a darker vanilla inspired by crème brûlée, developed with perfumer Vincent Ricord. The French-made extraits include two collections. Mémoire Gourmande brings together Escapade Gourmande’s caramelized vanilla, Évasion Bonbon’s strawberry and caramel, Pêche Velours’s peach and tuberose, Brownie Pop’s chocolate and popcorn, and Café des Délices’s creamy coffee.
Brownie Pop and Café des Délices share a biscuit facet but differ in their chocolate and coffee emphasis. Évasion Bonbon favors candy-like fruit; Pêche Velours places peach in a softer floral setting. Printemps Blanc belongs to Fleurs Manifestes and offers a clear departure from the desserts, with grapefruit, orange blossom, jasmine sambac and white tea.
