Goldfield & Banks
About the house
Goldfield & Banks explores woods, aromatic materials, flowers and marine themes through distinct botanical pairings. Blue Cypress combines cypress and lavender with anise and clove spice. White Sandalwood gives its wood a different setting with rose, saffron, thyme and pepper.
Southern Bloom places boronia among coconut and a varied bouquet. Pacific Rock Flower brings sea salt, tea and eucalyptus around its floral heart. Purple Suede pairs leather and lavender with an animalic base reference. Island Lush turns toward spices, woods and leather; the island name does not imply coconut or sea notes. The differences lie in these relationships as much as in the less familiar botanical names.
Silky Woods opens with cinnamon and saffron, then brings soft suede together with an oud accord, ylang-ylang and jasmine. Vanilla, sandalwood, tobacco leaf, musk and olibanum give the finish woody warmth. The contrast is between spice, supple suede and smooth vanilla woods.
