Service
OOO "Biverlid" provides Aromatop to organise fragrance choices and your own trials. These terms cover the app’s digital features. Use it only where you are legally entitled to do so; minors need the authorisation required by their local law. Reading a notice does not purchase anything.
Personal decisions
Catalogue descriptions and suggestions are editorial starting points for testing. We do not sell or ship physical samples through this app, guarantee enjoyment, determine a smell from a photo, or provide medical or allergy advice. Note lists are not complete ingredient or safety declarations. Verify a product’s label and manufacturer guidance before using a physical fragrance.
Your records
You retain your rights in your observations and original contributions. You give us only the permissions necessary to perform the feature you request, such as a chosen cloud backup or recognition request. Do not upload unlawful material or other people’s personal information without a proper basis. Do not use the service to attack systems, evade limits or impersonate others.
Digital access and payment
Core catalogue and current journal functions are available without Plus. Where a genuine store offer exists, the purchase screen specifies price, currency, duration, renewal and included features before payment. Never infer a charge or successful purchase from an unavailable offer. Physical products and delivery are not included. Paid services are not available in this version.
Subscriptions and refunds
The relevant store or payment provider handles payment, cancellation and applicable refunds. Manage renewal in that provider’s account settings; deleting Aromatop or its account does not cancel a subscription. Restore verifies a real entitlement for the appropriate account; importing a journal does not create a paid entitlement. Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal or conformity remedies, remain unaffected.
Content and intellectual property
Brands, trademarks and third-party photographs belong to their respective holders; a catalogue listing does not imply endorsement. Original app design, software and editorial text remain protected. Do not redistribute the catalogue or images merely because you can view them. Send a specific correction or rights concern, including the affected item and evidence, to support@gitch.xyz.
Availability and responsibility
We maintain the app with reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free source data or permanent availability of outside services. Keep an export of important records. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Any restriction must be proportionate to misuse and applicable law, and must not be used to confiscate your personal journal.
Ending use and disputes
You may stop using the app and export or erase local data through Settings. Account deletion and privacy requests are explained in the privacy policy. Contact support@gitch.xyz first about a problem; this does not prevent access to courts or competent authorities. Belarus law applies only to the extent it does not displace mandatory protections of your habitual residence. Changes to paid access or material obligations will be notified before they apply; no retroactive waiver of rights is imposed.
