Yellow plum
What does this note smell like?
A plum-fruit image with juicy flesh, a sweet-tart balance and a soft, rounded body that can enrich flowers or woods. Red or yellow names the fruit impression; colour alone does not rank sweetness, ripeness or fragrance strength. Plum skin and flesh need not share the same colour, and yellow is not necessarily Mirabelle. Use the juicy-flesh and tart-skin contrast rather than treating the colour as a fixed formula.
