Notes
Sandalwood (Orpur®) (Australia)
What does this note smell like?
One Australian Santalum spicatum oil moves from resinous brightness to creamy wood, with earthier and smoky facets compared with album. That is a useful comparison beside flowers and amber, not a rule for all Australian sandalwood. Santalum album is also grown in Australia; Orpur® and the country label do not alone identify this perfume’s exact species, oil or supplier grade.
