Patchouli (Orpur®)
What does this note smell like?
Earthy, leafy patchouli with dark wood, a cool camphor-like edge and possible cocoa-like warmth. It grounds sweet fruit and flowers and bridges them to balsamic resins. Orpur® is Givaudan’s named collection of natural ingredients; the qualifier alone does not identify a particular patchouli fraction or extraction.
