Notes
Nutmeg (Orpur®)
What does this note smell like?
Warm, dry spice with rounded woody and powdery facets, a peppery lift and sometimes a bright citrus edge. Like freshly grated nutmeg, it can connect citrus to amber or dry woods without adding vanilla-like sweetness. The spice is the seed reference; mace is its surrounding aril, a separate spice. A documented Indonesian Myristica fragrans oil illustrates the family, not every perfume’s formula. Orpur® identifies Givaudan’s selected natural-ingredient collection, not a separate molecule or a promise about the whole perfume. The note, including any origin qualifier, does not disclose its exact private grade or guarantee stronger projection or longer wear.
