Night iris
What does this note smell like?
An artistic scent image. A cool powdery impression recalling cosmetic powder, violet and dry roots, sometimes with a soft woody or carrot-like edge. Iris gives flowers a velvety texture and softens the meeting of musk and woods. Perfumery orris is associated with the rhizome rather than the flower, but an unqualified iris label does not establish a species, origin, natural extract or extraction method.
