Myrrh (Orpur®)
What does this note smell like?
A myrrh-family reference with warm resinous and balsamic depth, sometimes liquorice-like or woody, to compare with soft flowers and drier woods. Orpur® names Givaudan’s collection of selected natural materials, not one molecule or a separate Commiphora species. The label retains that named quality without disclosing this perfume’s exact myrrh preparation or supplier specification. Another company’s myrrh profile is a comparison, not proof of the private Orpur® grade.
