Lemon
What does this note smell like?
Think of freshly grated lemon peel: bright, juicy citrus with a green edge, rather than sweet lemonade. Lemon can sharpen herbs, lift flowers and give a lively contrast to woods. Peel oil is one material example; a lemon note does not by itself identify the perfume’s extract or mean juice, lemon leaves or added sugar.
