Guaiac wood (Paraguay)
What does this note smell like?
Soft smoky wood with powdery balsamic sweetness and a rounded, sometimes rosy edge can deepen flowers or incense without becoming only tarry. Paraguay preserves the published guaiac qualifier, not a measured regional aroma or proof of harvest, species or exact oil grade. Compare the woody effect rather than assigning a stronger smoke level from the country.
