Cinnamon (Orpur®)
What does this note smell like?
Broken cinnamon-stick warmth: sweet-dry bark, woody grain and a softly powdery edge. It can warm fruit, give amber a spicy centre and make woods feel less austere. The familiar bark image differs from the greener, clove-like leaf profile. A Sri Lankan Cinnamomum zeylanicum bark oil is one documented example; generic cinnamon does not specify every perfume’s species or material. Orpur® identifies Givaudan’s selected natural-ingredient collection, not a separate molecule or a promise about the whole perfume. The note, including any origin qualifier, does not disclose its exact private grade or guarantee stronger projection or longer wear.
