Notes
Cinnamon (Laos)
What does this note smell like?
Broken cinnamon-stick warmth: sweet-dry bark, woody grain and a softly powdery edge. It can warm fruit, give amber a spicy centre and make woods feel less austere. The familiar bark image differs from the greener, clove-like leaf profile. A Sri Lankan Cinnamomum zeylanicum bark oil is one documented example; generic cinnamon does not specify every perfume’s species or material. The regional heading preserves a published qualifier. The family comparison is not a measured regional aroma or proof of a particular crop, species, supplier or batch in the perfume.
