About the house
Tom Ford launched Black Orchid in 2006 and introduced Private Blend the next year. The Soleil fragrances show how differently the house can interpret a sunlit mood. Soleil Neige joins bergamot to a floral heart over musk, benzoin and labdanum, with a floral, powdery character.
Soleil de Feu takes a warmer woody, resinous direction through tuberose, sandalwood, amber and benzoin. Eau de Soleil Blanc Eau de Toilette instead has a broad citrus opening, flowers and a coconut-led base. It is a separate fragrance from Soleil Blanc Eau de Parfum: the word Eau identifies a different composition, rather than merely a bottle size or name variation.
