Begin with the rose of Little Flower, the cool greenery of Cacti and the floral-confection texture of Fleur Éclair to hear how differently a bouquet can be framed. Try this route: Little Flower — Juicy rose and pomelo with black tea and pale woods. Cacti — Shiso, cucumber water and flowers with a dry tea edge.
