Paglieri 1876 gives its city-inspired fragrances distinct textures. Amalphia combines citrus with white tea; Agrigentum is softer and sweeter, with almond, praline and flowers. Florentia brings clove, rose and leather together, while Genua is drier, with basil, cypress and resins. Romae pairs peppery petals with vanilla and patchouli; Venetiae adds a marine accent to rose and spiced oud. The two Tributes also contrast clearly: Cortina has cool eucalyptus, pine and incense, while Milano sets lively ginger against creamy white flowers.
