Oolong Tea balances leafy dryness with honey, Jasmine Tea combines flowers and Tieguanyin tea extract, Osmanthus Tea is softer and apricot-floral, Pu’er Tea more woody and incense-like. In EOC, Jeju pairs yuzu and tomato leaf; Taipei is creamy with rice, soy milk and taro. Seoul has roasted coffee and cocoa, Kyoto frankincense and smooth woods. Thailand is ginger and herbs, Thai Soda citrus, neroli and lavender. Amsterdam cools fig with mint, London combines warm spice and rose with a wine note, Berlin has birch tar, dry cedar and vetiver. Outside EOC, Salm takes a green pine-and-incense direction.
