Jousset Parfums keeps edible themes recognisable while varying their textures. Accident À La Vanille moves from clear vanilla to cream and biscuit; Madeleine De Proust adds peach, apricot, coconut and butter cake.

Le Gourmand starts with salted toast, Crunchy Cookie & Chocolate Chips evokes a chocolate-chip cookie, Donut Crave fried dough and frosting, and Pecan Pie pecan, custard and maple. Ciao Bello Pistachio combines pistachio and brioche; Praline Maligne pairs hazelnut with white chocolate.
The fruit styles are distinct too. Strawberry & Whipped Cream stays simple, Comfy Ture puts tart preserves on buttered baguette, La Tarte Tatin warms apple with caramel, and Plump Cherry & Sweet Tonka takes dark fruit towards tobacco and benzoin. Sticky Popcorn is buttery and salty; Crème Brûlée evokes custard and burnt sugar; Banana Split combines banana with two ice creams. Café Affogato centres on espresso, while Belle Hélène pairs pear and chocolate with cognac and cedar.
Mascarpone & Speculoos evokes spiced pastry with whisky and coffee. Capuccino & Cornetto follows creamy cocoa, hazelnut and croissant; Pumpkin Latte & Crunchy Bite uses roasted pumpkin and nutmeg. Less literal sweet compositions include African Queen with rose and jasmine, Delicious Black Powder with cocoa, saffron and suede, and Gourmand Bakhoor, where leather and bakhoor cut through milk and caramel. The three collections belong to one Jousset house; their differences lie in these combinations rather than the collection labels alone.
