Fire, Qian and Metal show three different sides of Elementals. Fire combines pink pepper and ginger with rose and clove spice before incense and labdanum, moving from lively spice to warm resin. Qian sets cypress and saffron ahead of oud, frangipani and balsams, with a fuller woody-floral character. Metal begins more dryly, putting birch tar and fennel beside white flowers and white musk. Its tarry floral edge is distinct from Fire's resins and Qian's oud and balsams.
