Dior brought perfume into its couture world with Miss Dior in 1947. Its familiar fragrance names now cover quite different compositions. Dior Homme Eau de Toilette from 2020 centers on woods, musk and vetiver, while the 2025 Dior Homme Parfum turns to iris, amber and patchouli. This is a change in character, not just a stronger version of the same scent.
J'adore Eau de Parfum shows another side of the house, with a broad floral composition including jasmine, rose and lily-of-the-valley. Together, these perfumes offer a clear contrast between dry woods, an iris-centered structure and a fuller floral bouquet. The edition and year are worth keeping with the name, especially within Dior Homme.
