Christopher Dicas gives the two Le Parfum compositions different personalities. The original combines basil, lavender and lentisk with tobacco and leather, keeping herbs at the center. In 69, citrus and white flowers lead to musk, suede and elemi resin over a woody, mossy base. Its flowers and softer leather contrast with the original's herbal tobacco.
