Alghabra’s floral scents have distinct partners: City of Jasmine pairs apple and leather with jasmine and rose; From the Heart brings peach and citrus to lily, Damask rose and ylang-ylang. Scent of Paradise sets iris, rose and lavender between fruit and a musky amber-wood base.
Eye of Seven Hills turns to whiskey, tobacco and warm spices over amber and oud. Istanbul’s Soul adds another woody direction, with incense and pepper around patchouli, cypriol and resinous woods. These contrasts describe the compositions; an Extrait de Parfum label alone does not establish how much they project.
